For anyone running either an AE/CE, WXT/CE or eDM/CE on separate servers, there needs to be an LTPA handshake for this to work.
A bug exists on WAS 6.1 prior to 6.1.035 where the LTPA cache can 'fill up' and housekeeping is not performed properly. This can result in one or more WAS clones running out of 'heap' memory (available memory).
In theory, LTPA key expiry is a bit like SSL key expiry and needs to be managed. Automating the generation of keys certainly removes this burden but might contravene your organisation's security policy.

I agree - and would expand to say that there are also three legs to the people side. For a BPM deployment to be successful you need dedicated subject matter experts from the end user community, management buy in to support the cross-organizational change, and an experienced implementation team.
Thomas - have you opened a PMR with IBM support to look in to this as that's the first I've heard of such a problem? I'm the product manager for IBM Content Collector (among other products). I'll pass this along to my development team to see if they have encountered this issue.

What version of Outlook are you testing with and on what operating system?

Unfortunately there is a problem in Outlook when switching between mails with arrow key. Outlook freezes because it tries to fetch the mail back, as soon as you pasere over email.

This makes this feature useless..

Hi Nandish,
Are you adding additional properties to your CE?
I think you need to confirm the problem first - this article may help:
https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21384306

I have seen this before and we had to work with IBM support to resolve as reducing existing properties data sizes or recreating them with a new data type isn't for the light hearted!

If you update the password for your db2 connection eg, ICCUSER then you need to update this in the datastore section in the ICC cfg manager.
Small gotcha If running a clustered environment then you need to copy your CTMSConfigurationStore.xml file across to the other nodes as this seems to hold the datastores connection id's password.
Dont forget that you may also need to update the web settings for the eWAS as this creates the JNDI connection again which has username and password
